His name is Will Blouin and he is doing an awesome job fitting in with us. His jokes may sometimes be corny as hell and he may have an appetite for late-night vending machine tipping, but he's a stand-up guy/musician and Shipyard Wreck is glad to have him onboard our ship. Say hello to him next time you see him play with us! Reflect & Shine released; new songs emerge... new albums coming too! So, we've finally done it. The new CD is out, the band is playing and preparing for bigger and better things and we've almost got enough material to begin recording a new CD! We do plan on recording a live CD sometime in the next half-year or so and releasing that before the next studio album. We'll let you digest the first studio complications first...lol! It'd be awesome if you could all come down and check out the new & old tunes we've written. Emergenza Festival turns out to be popularity contest After advancing to the semi-finals at The Paradise Rock Club in Boston, Shipyard Wreck did not advance again. Even though 60+ SW fans were present and cheering loudly, the winner was based on who brought the most people, not talent or crowd noise. Some lame excuse of three votes difference was then used after our audience chanted our name and booed the MC. It's alright though, next year we will win and we thank everyone who came out to see us. Apparently, as the people keep telling us, James, our singer who attended DMB in Central Park, was shown for some time on the DVD rocking out.
